UDM students attended special Ford Motor Company presentations on Jan. 12

Jesus-GinezZachary-SandFord invited a select group of UDM students to attend the Ford Blue Oval Presentations (pre-auto show event) on Monday, January 12. About 20 UDM students attended three sessions including “Meet the CEO,” Future of Transportation” and Generation Z and Social Media.”

Michigan Colleges Alliance recognizes UDM alumnus and student

DumaisTalbotThe Michigan Colleges Alliance (MCA) launched a collective marketing campaign, “We are the Independents,” designed to increase awareness of independent higher education options in Michigan.

The campaign dispels myths about private education and helps promote the 15 MCA institutions, including UDM.

Michael Talbot ’71 was recognized as the Alumnus of the Day on the MCA campaign’s website  Monday, Dec. 8. Natalie Dumais was recognized as Student of the Day  on Friday, Dec. 12.

UDM alumni and students will be recognized throughout the year.
