UDM Alumni Day of Service

Register Today!
The UDM Alumni Association Board is organizing a day of service on Saturday, April 25 from 8:15 a.m. - noon. Gather will fellow UDM alumni and friends for a McNichols Campus neighborhood clean-up. Volunteers will help clean-up two sites around the McNichols Campus. Breakfast and t-shirts provided.

College of Business Administration Alumni Week Activities

alum weekThe College of Business Administration will once again host Alumni Week, March 16-20. A number of alumni will guest lecture in business classes throughout the week and a keynote presentation, “Cybersecurity: Crimes & Consequences,” is scheduled for Tuesday, March 17 at 1 p.m. in the Fountain Lounge, Student Center. The Keynote speakers are Meredith Phillips ’94, ’97, chief information privacy & security officer at Henry Ford Health System and Dominck Paluzzi ’04, ’07, attorney, McDonald Hopkins. UDM partners with Beijing University of Chemical Technology

BeijingProvost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Pamela Zarkowski and Dean of the College of Liberal Arts & Education Mark Denham visited the Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) in Beijing, China in January. In looking to solidify and develop the mutually beneficial relationship with BUCT, Zarkowski and Denham met with BUCT Vice President Dongsheng Chen as well as approximately 70 students, who have enrolled in the BUCT Robotics program to complete their degree at UDM in Fall 2017.

This agreement will likely include students in the Computer & Information Systems and Mechanical Engineering programs in the future. Zarkowski also signed an agreement to explore the idea of expanding our cooperative program to law students as well.
