Event in a Box
The UDM Alumni Association receives numerous requests throughout the year from alumni across the country for events in their area. We thank our alumni for their enthusiasm and school pride and always want to encourage fellow Titans to socialize and network. In an effort to meet the needs of UDM alumni, we created the Event in a Box program, which supplies alumni with all of the tools necessary to host their own alumni event. It works as follows:
- Eight weeks in advance, the alumnus requesting the event submits an Event in a Box Application Form.
- The Office of Alumni Relations reviews the request and, if the event is approved, works with the alumnus to promote the event.
- The alumnus organizes the event and takes reservations.
- Two weeks prior to the event, the Office of Alumni Relations will send the alumnus an "Event in a Box," complete with everything needed for a successful gathering.
