Login Troubleshooting

Having trouble logging into our Community?

  • Incorrect Username and/or Password. If you have forgotten your username and/or password visit the login page and choose Forgotten Password. Alumni can only have one account on the Community so please do not submit another membership request because it will not be processed.
  • Membership Approval: For your security, all membership requests go through an approval verification process and will be reviewed within 48 hours. Within the first 48 hours of requesting membership alumni will have limited viewing rights within the Community, for example, you will not be able to view the Directory.
  • Locked out due to failed logins: If you have been locked out of your account due to failed logins, you may have forgotten your User ID and/or password. Please email udmgrad@udmercy.edu with your full name and graduation information. Once UDM has verified your account, we will unlock it and email you your User ID and a new password.

Technical Challenges:

    • Make sure that your browser allows “cookies” (i.e. cookies are turned on).
    • Are you using two languages on your computer? If this is the case, make sure that you are typing the username and password in English.
    • Make sure your browser is set for Western text coding. In most browsers you can manually change the text encoding style by clicking on the “View” menu and selecting “Encoding” or “Text Encoding”, followed by “Default” or “Automatic”. If this does not solve the problem, select either “UTF-8” or “Western Text” coding.
    • A few of our subscribers are still using old web browsers. Unfortunately, this can lead to problems logging into our Community and viewing our charts. To remedy the situation, we strongly suggest you download the most up-to-date browser version available for your computer.
